We are seeking a full-time HVAC Plant Technician to join our team! This position will observe chiller plant operations to ensure continuous control over the environmental elements necessary for resident living, specifically around chiller plant operations, plumbing and boiler systems. The HVAC Plant Technician will maintain boilers, pumps, centrifugal chillers, VFD’s air compressors, cooling towers, motors, and other mechanical/HVAC equipment to comply with facility specifications as well as manufacturers requirements as well as interact  with the maintenance department to ensures equipment is working properly to comply with OSHA specifications as well as manufacturers specifications. The ideal candidate will have domestic plumbing knowledge, basic math and computer skills and 2-5 years experience in boiler systems or a chiller plant environment.
