Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic manager for The Arbor assisted living. This position will manage the dining function and work closely with the nurse manager and ALF director to ensure a high level of service and quality for our residents. This person will prepare the annual budget, manage daily operations to budgeted dollars, complete all related reports; develop, implement and maintain an appropriate menu program and food production system. Will also interview, train and orient staff. The ideal candidate will have a related degree, have a minimum of 5 years of hospitality management experience. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Experience in the front of the house and back of the house in a full service restaurant environment is also preferred. This person must also have the ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel, and possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and responsiveness skills.
