Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated experienced cooks for The Club at Shell Point. The dining venues in our clubhouse including “The Breezeway”, open for breakfast and lunch, and our fine dining venue “Banyan Grill“. Candidates must have skills in hot and cold food presentations, able to cook proteins to proper temperatures, and have experience in line work, prep work, buffet station work, and batch cooking in a fast-paced environment. Additional skills including strong knife skills, experience in broiling, poaching, braising, sautéing, etc. is also preferred.   Hours and days worked will vary, including working weekends and holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of cooking experience, to include culinary training. Fine dining and/or clubhouse experience is preferred.
