Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate who is responsible for the administrative duties for the Construction Department which includes coordinating, organizing, and processing all information related to apartment renovations. The Construction Office Coordinator will also assist with scheduling and coordinating contractors and suppliers related to construction materials for apartment renovations and refurbishments. This position requires strong verbal/written communication and computer skills, basic knowledge of construction materials and practices, and the ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously.
