Job Description

We have an opportunity, working on-call, for our 24 hour/7 days per week, call center. This position is working on-call, as needed to fill in for vacations, call-offs, etc. This is not a position with a set schedule or a guarantee of hours. Being flexible with availability is key to this position, as coverage is needed for overnight, weekend and holiday shifts. We are seeking a person with excellent clerical and customer service skills. This person will be responsible for phone, e-mail, radio, verbal and written service requests coming into the call center from our residents. Duties will also include scheduling and prioritization of work order assignments between various departments with regard to maintenance and repairs.
