Open Position

 

Currently, we are seeking an on-call Resident Operations Float to join our team! This person work on-call or as needed (year round) at our service desk, guest house front desk and/or thrift store. He/she will provide various services for our residents including coordinating sign-ups for Shell Point programs, notary services, and internal and external mail services. The ideal candidate will also order office supplies for the department, provide administrative support to staff members as needed, and assist the Resident Operations/Programming departments with special events, programs and helping out where needed. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to work varied hours which can include holidays, weekends, morning and evenings. He/she should have at least three years’ of related administrative experience, and have excellent communication skills as well as multi-tasking skills. The ability to work well with the elderly and proficiency in Word and Outlook is required.
