Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate who will be responsible for quality and accuracy assessments for all apartment renovations, with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction. This position will not only focus on the quality of workmanship during construction, they will also ensure the understanding, compliance, and completion of all written directives for each Independent Living renovation. Some duties will include to coordinate and assist with all aspects of the renovation process from clearing to completion as needed; verify quality and accuracy for the installation of all materials including the selections from the sales work-order and any change-orders submitted during the renovation; communicate any quality issues or deficiencies to the appropriate staff member or contractor and verify the completion of each item; perform various detailed punch work as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or remodeling, strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, ability to make minor repairs as part of the final punch process, and have the ability to work within a schedule.
