Job Description

We have an opportunity for a person to work on-call, as needed to fill in, for our 24 hour/7 days per week, call center. We are seeking a person with excellent clerical and customer service skills. This person will be responsible for phone, e-mail, radio, verbal and written service requests coming into the call center from our residents. Duties will also include scheduling and prioritization of work order assignments between various departments with regard to maintenance and repairs.
