Shell Point Retirement Community is the largest Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the state of Florida, and we are celebrating our 50-year anniversary! We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at our brand new restaurant: The Crystal!

The ideal candidate will have previous cooking experience, knowledge of culinary techniques and menu practices, ability to execute common cooking practices such as: grilling, roasting, braising, sauteing and/or frying. Additionally, candidates will have strong math skills in order to convert recipes to new/varying yields, as well as knowledge of sanitation issues and Serve safe food procedures - Knife skills, FIFO,
Cross Contamination, Temperature Zones, safe and unsafe zones.

A high school diploma or equivalent, and some culinary training/education is required.
