We’re looking for friendly and professional Service Desk Coordinators who have the ability to work on-call/as needed (year round) for our service desk. Days and hours could include holidays, weekends, mornings and evenings. Service Desk Coordinators provide various services for our residents including coordinating sign-ups for Shell Point programs, notary services, and internal and external mail services. The Service Desk Coordinators will also order office supplies for the Resort Services department, provide administrative support to staff members as needed, act as staff liaison to the resident volunteer greeter desk, and assist the Resident Life department with special events, and programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related administrative experience, have excellent communication skills as well as multi-tasking skills. The ability to work well with the elderly and proficiency in Word and Outlook is required.
