Currently, we have a full-time opportunity to work 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday in our Sales Office. This person will serve as the initial point of contact, as well as provide support to the sales staff as needed or requested. Some duties will include answering all incoming calls promptly providing friendly, helpful service with a welcoming voice; documenting phone messages (including voicemail messages) and promptly delivering them to the appropriate staff person; greeting all guests/residents who come to the Sales Office in an immediate, warm and professional manner; maintain appointment schedule for sales staff and promptly notify them when new appointments are added including name, date, time, and contact number; foster a hospitable environment including offering beverages and refreshments, provide assistance as needed, offer marketing materials as appropriate, etc.; invite guests to complete registration forms and accurately enter information into the sales system. The ideal candidate must be friendly, kind and welcoming in all situations, have proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn and use electronic sales management tools. Previous receptionist experience in a related setting is preferred.
