We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Meeting Resources Supervisor who will supervise the schedules and daily work of our set-up team members. The set-up team at Shell Point is essential in the coordination of daily meetings, activities and events. This team prepares meeting spaces (tables, chairs, projectors, equipment, etc), ensures audio/visual equipment is functioning properly and ready for each event, will instruct both residents and staff on the correct use of audio/video equipment and helps to troubleshoot when necessary. Also, this role ensures that detailed meeting set-up plans are created, communicated to staff, and executed for internal and external programs across Shell Point's 800 acre property. 

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays based on planned meetings and events, have technical skills and knowledge in the operation of audio/video equipment to include projectors, laptops, DVD players, overhead projectors and sound systems, and be able to move tables and chairs, props, and supplies, and perform frequent lifting, bending, carrying, and pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
