Job Description

We have a full time opportunity to join our dedicated hospitality staff in one of our three, assisted living facilities’ kitchens. This person will work with the hospitality manager to provide daily supervision of the ALF kitchen operations and staff to help to provide a high quality dining experience for our residents and their guests. Other tasks will include assisting in interviewing and hiring kitchen staff, teaching and developing current kitchen staff, providing support in all areas of the dining venue to ensure quality standards and meal times are met, manage the POS system for employees/guests who receive meals at this dining venue, and will be responsible for opening and closing procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership in the hospitality field, cooking experience, excellent communication skills, and previous kitchen supervisor experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
