What We’re Looking For…
Currently, we have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Painter who will complete commercial and residential painting projects, as well as touch-up painting in occupied resident apartments. This individual will work Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Some duties will include painting walls, ceilings, doors, door casings, base trim, crown molding, exterior lanais and other painting requests. This person will also prepare surfaces prior to painting/coating by scraping, sanding, priming and/or sealing, including taping off areas as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of professional residential/commercial painting experience, able to work off a ladder for extended periods of time, be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work well with the senior population.
