What We’re Looking For…
Currently, we are seeking a part-time RN to work within our Home Health department. This person will primarily be responsible for agency patient initial and on-going assessments. He/she will work with the patient in the development and implementation of the plan of care and evaluate its effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of home health care regulations and procedures, as well as have a working knowledge pf OASIS assessment and ICD-10 coding. A current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN), a current driver’s license and dependable/insured vehicle, as well as CPR certification is required. At least two years of experience in acute care, as well as at least two of experience in a home health setting is preferred.
