Financial Relationship Representative

What We’re Looking For…
 
We are seeking a full-time Financial Relationship Representative to join our team! Our Financial Relationship Representative is an integral part of our team at the Legacy Foundation at Shell Point, serving as a key member of the Daily Money Manager team in various capacities providing outstanding service to clients and family members. 
 
Job Functions (essential):
  1. Conducts presentation of Daily Money Management program to new and potential clients and completes new client enrollment process
  2. Responsible for reconciling monthly bank statements and investment accounts for clients
  3. Oversees Medicare Part D program for Shell Point residents, enrolls residents in their choice of insurance program as requested  and maintains spreadsheet
  4. Makes copies of insurance cards for Shell Point Pharmacy, Medicare billing, vault file and client and distribute as appropriate
  5. Assists with client insurance claims
  6. Visits with clients and residents throughout the community
  7. Oversees client income tax compilation at year-end and maintains tax spreadsheet
  8. Serves as Notary  and witness of legal documents
  9. Answers telephones, greets clients and makes appointments
  10. As assigned by the Financial Services Manager and the Executive Director
 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer service in banking, trust, financial, insurance or accounting industries
  • Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Must be highly organized and be able to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, concisely and appropriately based upon the situation and/or problem in both verbal and written form
  • Must consistently represent the Shell Point Core Values of Caring for, Serving and Satisfying residents and employee
  • Must demonstrate exemplary ethical behavior
