What We’re Looking For…
We are seeking an experienced Communications Technician to join our team! He/she should possess a strong background in low voltage troubleshooting and maintenance. He/she will assist with daily preventative maintenance and repairs to the nurse call systems, cable plant, telephone installations and programming, assist residents and staff with low vision phones , DVR’s , sound equipment, smart home device installations pulling and terminating cable on occasion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in the cable industry including experience with cable modem troubleshooting. He/she should also have strong customer service skills in residential and business service calls. Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems is a plus. Will also be required to take on-call on a rotating basis with other staff members.
