Arts Center Manager

What We’re Looking For…
 
Currently, we are seeking a Arts Center Manager to join our team! This person will oversee day-to-day operations of our brand new Tribby Arts Center, while meeting the mission of the center to serve residents and the community by offering creative and engaging programs, events and classes through visual, performing, and literary arts. He/she will also be responsible for gaining support for art related initiatives while maintaining Shell Point’s overall mission and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in studio or arts management, or related field, along with at least five years of experience working within an arts organization. Additionally, he/she should have previous experience in art facility budgeting, operations, gallery and/or performing arts center management, along with the ability to work collegiality with seniors and their committees to meet with resident interests and goals of the center.
