We are seeking a highly motivated, on-call cook for our dining venue the Blend. Candidates must have skills in hot and cold food presentations, able to cook proteins to proper temperatures, and have experience in line work, prep work, buffet station work, and batch cooking in a fast-paced environment. Additional skills including strong knife skills, experience in broiling, poaching, braising, sautéing, etc. is also preferred. Hours and days worked will vary, including working weekends and holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of cooking experience, to include culinary training. Fine dining and/or clubhouse experience is preferred.
