Currently, we are seeking two friendly, outgoing and professional people to work in one of three assisted living facilities: The King's Crown at our concierge desk part-time:
- Saturday and Sunday 7am-6pm
Our concierge desk provides various services for our Assisted Living residents. Some duties will include coordination of medical appointments including arranging transportation, shopping bus and medical bus sign-ups, postal services, notary services, and internal and external mail services. Additional responsibilities include welcoming and orientation for new residents moving into assisted living, coordinating resident and staff service requests, ordering office supplies for the King's Crown Assisted Living team, assisting residents and guests on knowledge and access to services and amenities as requested, providing administrative support to staff members as needed, and assisting the Resident Life department with special events, programs and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related administrative experience, have excellent communication skills as well as multi-tasking skills. The ability to work well with the elderly is required, and this person must be proficient in Word and Outlook. This is a year-round position.
