Job Description

We have a full time opportunity for a friendly and outgoing candidate to join our dedicated staff in our 219-bed skilled nursing facility. This person will be responsible for managing our skilled nursing facility’s census, achieve facility census goals and annual budget projections. Other tasks will include conducting tours for new referrals, facilitate complete all required admissions paperwork with the resident and/or responsible party, and develop a plan to maintain/increase census and community awareness. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous admissions, or related experience, have knowledge of various payment sources such as Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, etc. Must also be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel, an understanding of HIPAA, and have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
