We are growing; grow your career with us. We are seeking a candidate who will plan and implement resident activities in our 219-bed skilled nursing facility. This person, as part of an activity team effort, will plan and implement person-specific activity programming, including one-to-one interventions, small and large group activities, documentation of participation/attendance records, evaluating residents' activity plans and completing assessments as indicated per the care plan schedule. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, patient, have a positive attitude and work well with the elderly population. Must have computer skills, and previous activities experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
